Hi my name is Karl James owner of Creolesoul Catering located in Round Rock, Tx and on
behalf of Expert Village here to continue on with series what we call making the meal.
This is part three of the series and we'll be the second side dish that will be creole
style green beans. To continue on building that holy trinity for those creole style green
beans will now once again dicing our onions. It's just like the bell pepper you want those
to be kind of finely diced get that onion flavor in there, the onion really helps kick
up that smoking that we get from the bacon in this dish. If you ever tried it put on
some onion and bacon together and that smell alone is just amazing. So our onions are coming along here second
part of the holy trinity and we'll continue to chop that to get a nice and fine and we're
going to our next step.
