For today's makeup tutorial I am going to be doing this look right here. I previously
filmed this look. And it is inspired by Lucy Hale's TCA makeup I think from 2014. But that
video was very rushed and it was super late at night and everything. So i figured I would
re film it. So there is just this like shimmery gray lid with this electric blue eyeliner
on top and underneath with this nude lip. I hope you enjoy today's tutorial.
I'm going to start with doing my eyes.
Put some eyeshadow primer on.
The first thing I am going to do is take the color strength from Bare Minerals
on this fluffy EcoTools brush
and just place that all over my mobile lid.
I'm first patting it on
and then using the same brush
I'm just gonna blend out the edges.
What I like about this gray color is that it has a little bit
of a shimmer to it but its not metallic or noticeable at all so it adds a little bit
of dimension and doesn't look as you know gray and washed out. The eyeshadow is very
soft and smoked out and I've blended it above the crease a little bit which you can see
when I look straight forward. Now I'm taking this liquid liner from Urban Decay. It's the
color radium. I'm going to line my lashes and then just bring it out a little bit right here.
If you can tell it's just a small wing at the end. Next I'm taking this Urban Decay
pencil in ultraviolet. It's about the same color as my liquid liner. And I'm just going
to place this in the lash line. So right underneath my lashes not on my waterline.
It's a very thin line underneath.
Just putting some black in my waterline.
Now I am tightlining.
I'm going to go ahead and do my base off camera. I'm just going to put some of the NARS Sheer Glow
on and concealer underneath here, around my nose, and around my mouth. Okay my base is done
I'm taking this Sonia Kashuk blush brush and this blush from Wet n' Wild in pearlescent
pink rose. Just get a little bit on there, tap off the excess, and just go like this.
Just get a little.
Last thing for the eyes is mascara. I'm gonna go ahead and put this
ULTA Twisted Volume mascara on my top and bottom lashes.
Moving on to my brows, I'm going to first run some brow mascara through them
and just brush them up.
Now I'm going to fill them in with this micro pencil. Lucy Hale has really thick eyebrows so I'm going
to fill them in a little bit more than usual.
For lips I'm going to put the color Brink from Colourpop on.
I usually line my lips when I use this color but today I am not going to do that.
Going to blot.
Now I'm going in a layer with this Sonia Kashuk liquid lipstick.
Just kind of working the two colors together.
Okay and the look is all done.
