A little honey-bee looks for its nectar in the Banat.
In the nature-reserve Deliblatska Pescara she finds a big variety of herbs, flowers and trees.
Even the flowers of opuntia are part of their menu.
This here collects nectar on a robinia.
She hurries when she arrives, to bring the nectar inside to the honeycomb.
The honey is food and deklivers energy to the bees.
They survive the winter in a bees cluster - inside with 27° Celsius.
But even though they survive the winter together:
She also has to die one day.
Ants are responsible for the order in the nature. That's why one ant carries this dead bee away.
She avoids diseases among the bees with it.
But the bees' life has to go on:
So they inform the other with their waggle dance about other sources for food.
And the honey from the Deliblatska Pescara was well-known international for its good quality - 100 years ago.
