Hi! My name is Joshua Lindsey with CFM Building Science Solution. On behalf of Expert Village,
we are going to be doing a blower door test on this home. What is the benefit of me knowing
how air tight my home is. And again, throughout all of this process, we've talked about the
fact that if you are heating or cooling air and you have a leak in your home and that
air that you've spent money to heat or cool, is simply going to the outside and leaking
outside then more air from the outside is replacing that air. If air leaks out, then
air has to come back in from somewhere so now you are losing air that you've already
spent money to heat or cool and you are having to heat or cool more air to keep your house
the climate zone that you want it to be at.
