>>Well I think it's always been the centre for new ideas, but I think that recently Britain
has become known for not only innovation but also for businesses that are, you know, can
stand up worldwide and I think that's what's exciting about young designers coming up,
they have the opportunity to be put on an international platform and they have the support
of the British Fashion Council to be able to put their ideas out there.
>>Well I mean it's all about a question of taste isn't it, fashion, so I think it's just
about choosing what your direction is and choosing what you love doing. I think British
designers always want to seem different from each other and seem unique, so I think that
it's always their motive to try and do that. So I think that anybody when they leave College
and does their first collection needs to be really clear about what they want to do.
>>It's a great industry, you're only as good as your last collection so, you know, like
you can pick yourself up, you can change, you can, you can evolve into something that
you, whatever you want to be really. It's a great creative industry to work in and explore
and try things you, so, I would recommend it.
