Hi I'm Chef Issac from Cuisine by Issac on behalf of Expert Village. Today we are going
to assemble the ingredients for Chicago deep dish pizza. We are ready for step 2 and step
2 we are going to preheat the oven. First we are going to turn the oven on, then we
are going to preheat the oven to 425.
425 is where we would put the dough in the oven and let it par bake for about 7 minutes.
After the 7 minutes we would pull it out of the oven and set aside and let it cool. After
it cools we are going to put the toppings on the pizza and we are going to recalibrate
the oven to 475. For bake it would be first at 475 for 35-40 minutes and it would come
out golden brown and delicious.
