[Leo James] What're you going to do today, Max?
[Max] Today, I'm going to make a calzone pizza on a camp fire.
So, we've got some flour, some bread yeast and now I'm adding a bit of olive oil.
and I'll mix this together with my hands before adding some lukewarm water.
Now I'll form it into a dough.
Now I'm going to leave that to rise whilst we light the camp fire.
Now I'm going to spread on some tomato sauce,
then add some cheese,
then put some salami on top of that cheese,
then put some more cheese on top.
Fold over the dough...
Fold it in half...
Fold the dough in half,
pinch the edges of it to seal it,
make sure you do that properly,
Wrap it in tin foil and sling it on the fire.
Make sure you close your foil properly or you'll get coals on the pizza, like us.
There we have it.
Mmm
[Leo] Is it good?
Is it hot?
[Max] a bit.
[Leo] How's that for our first camp fire calzone?
[Max] Very good.
[Leo] Can I try a bit?
That's bloody good, Max.
Right, so do you think that's tonight's dinner?
[Max] uhuh
[Pip] I want to sit up
[Leo] Do you want to sit up, Pippy?
[Pip] Yesss
[Leo] Do you want some of Max's calzone?
[Yann] What is for Tea?
[Leo] it's home made calzone
[Max & Leo] made on the campfire
[Yann] I thought it was pizza
[Max to Pip] is that yummy?
[Lilly] I thought we were going to have pizza
[Leo] calzone is a pizza, a special pizza that's folded over
[Max] it's a pizza that's been folded in half
[Leo] So, Pippy,
[Max] is it yummy?
[Leo]is that good?
Max made that
Good, isn't it?
[Thunk sound of stamp]
