Tucked away on Mosque Street in the Mid-Levels, just right next to the escalators,
is an open air gourmet Fish and Chips restaurant SEASALT.
The owner, Dave, is from a small village called St-Valerien de Milton, in Quebec, Canada.
But over the last several years Dave has lived in the UK, Japan, and Australia.
SeaSalt is his third restaurant, after having opened two in Sydney a couple of years back.
The great thing about Dave's fish and chips joint are the choices. Customers get to select
the type of seafood they want, the way they want it cooked, they get to choose how healthy
they want to be and finally, what sauce to top it all off with.
One thing about SeaSalt that we can't forget to mention are the now famous fish tacos.
Even though they're only available Wednesdays and Thursdays, they are becoming something
of a stand-out hit. And rightfully so! The fish tacos are amazingly delicious.
