the mount position is a double cross choke. A person takes a good mount, they are sitting
on your hips with their weight. What Liz is going to do, she is going to open up my gi
by pulling it out. She is going to take her opposite hand and slide it in, right along
my collar as far behind my head with her thumb up as possible when she makes a fist. With
her other hand, she is going to slide it underneath all the way around grabbing my collar on the
other side. You are probably seeing how I am turning red from the pressure. You’re
going to try to touch your hands together. From this position, you are going to close
your hands, flex yours wrists and slowly drop your head to the top arm side and the person
will choke almost right away. So again we will do it in normal speed. Liz opens up the
gi she reaches inside, reaches under and taps out.
