Everybody's Phone Company is teaming up Uncle Sam.
Texas' fastest growing provider of prepaid telephone service now offers two federally-funded
programs called Lifeline Assistance and Link-Up America trough AT&T and Verizon.
The programs are part of the Universal Service Fund.
It will distribute more than $8 Billion in 2010 toward helping qualified low income consumers
pay for basic telephone service through discounts and subsidies.

West Canyon Energy is getting out of California. The independent oil and gas exploration company
has entered into an agreement with a private company to sell its 25% non-operated interest
in the North Semitropic project. It's in Kern County, California.

Cryo-Cell International is teaming up with Museum of Science & Industry.
They'll be working together on the development and launch of an interactive educational exhibit
on stem cells and regenerative science. The exhibit explain what a stem cell is, their
purpose in the human body and how they work together to sustain life.

Chemtura Corporation is raising prices. The company plans to increase the price of
all of its bromine-based products by as much as 25%.
Bromine derivatives and flame retardants are used in a wide variety of applications.
That includes electronics, construction and oil production.
The Vice President of the company says they have to charge more beacuse the "franchise
is facing severe raw material escalation and increasing costs."

OCZ Technology Group is rebuilding its Board of Directors.
The designer of high performance Solid State Drives recently appointed three new independent
directors. Adam Epstein was a principal at investment
firm Enable Capital Management. Richard Hunter is a partner with venture capital
firm Daylight Partners and was most recently Vice President of Consumer Technical Support
at Dell. Sunit Saxena co-founded wireless solutions
provider Altierre Corporation. Look for OCZ Technology Group trading on the
bulletin boards as OCZT.OB.
