Welcome and thank you for joining me today. I’m Steve Brooks, and Personal Injury and
Wrongful Death Attorney practicing here in the state of Florida. Today’s video tip
is about defective and harmful drugs. Defective and harmful drugs, although they’re approved
by the FDA, believe me that is not the seal of safety. For example, in 2010, a pharmaceutical
company by the name of Glaxo, Smith, and Kline paid the US Government $750 million dollars
to settle a host of Avandia liability cases an also made a reported one billion dollar
deal to resolve lawsuits from parents alleging the antidepressant Paxil caused their children’s
birth defects. These are just two examples of defective drug settlements and there are
many more like this going on today. If you’ve experienced an illness or any negative results
after taking any of these drugs, give me a call: Actos, Pradaxa, SSRI Antidepressants,
Yaz, Yasmin, Ocella, Osteoporosis Drugs, Accutane, Avandia, and there are many more that I haven’t
mentioned. I want you to remember that time is of the essence for defective drug cases.
I urge you to pick up the phone and call me today at 888-936-3264, that’s 1-888 We-Mean-It.
