Here is where I do my chanting when I wake up and before I go to sleep.
So, here is the most important thing in my life I'm sharing with you cause I'm Buddhist.
I try chanting every day for a couple hours before I go to bed and when I wake up
for energizing my body and my mind, to be positive
and to have a lot of strength to fight and to live.
Without that I could not have come to the U.S.
You know, I came, I could not speak any English. I didn't have any money.
This is my strength. This connects me to the universe and gives me luck in life.
I believe if something is going to happen it's going to happen. It doesn't have a reason to happen.
My goals now are to be healthy and to be happy.
To have happiness. And the other things come together.
I'm not chanting to get first place or something like that, because that is not the important thing for me.
The most important thing was my challenge to come here and to be where I am now and I made it.
So I'm very happy. So I'm sharing with you guys my temple and my life.
Now I'm going to do my cardio after chanting. I chant for one hour. So time to do cardio.
Sometimes 45 minutes. Sometimes one hour is best.
So let's do it.
I like to put on these clothes because for me it's like a sauna so I sweat a lot.
It's really good to do cardio especially in pre-contest. It's a really good option.
Now I'm ready to do my cardio with my special clothes.
Let's do 45 minutes. Here I have three different machines.
Sometimes I do 20 minutes on one and 20 on another one to do different cardio.
I like to run a lot. Not too much because I can't be too lean.
But I do some sprints here at home. I cannot do cardio outside because it's too hot.
I live in Vegas and here it's very hot.
