When can you exercise after a facelift? Well, it really depends on the type of facelift
you have. You'll be able to exercise after a week or 10 days with a mini-facelift. But
a more major facelift, you may need to wait for three or four weeks.
Whichever type of facelift you have, it's very important -- we do encourage you now
to get up and about as quickly as possible to get the blood moving in the legs and to
get your heart and lungs working normally.
There's a much quicker recovery period for all facelifts. With modern techniques recovery
is much quicker, because you have much less bruising.
I'll talk individually about the different types of facelift, and the recovery period
from them and when you can exercise, in the videos covering the specific facelift techniques.
