Hi, this is Matt Saternus for Plugged In Golf and in this video I'm going to test the Nike
Hyperadapt rain jacket. Let's get plugged in.
Typically I don't shoot videos for apparel reviews because there simply isn't that much
to say, but I felt like I had to make an exception for this jacket because it's simply the best
golf jacket I've ever had. With most golf jacket, every golf jacket I've ever had in
the past, you can either have one of two things: it's either going to fit you and it's going
to look good but it's not going to allow you to swing the way you want to because the jacket
doesn't move or it's going to be too big so you can swing the way you want, but it's going
to look bad, it's going to be noisy, and not real comfortable. With the Nike Hyperadapt
they've created a material that's waterproof but it also stretches, so you can have something
that looks good, it fits well, but still allows you to move and make your golf swing without
any restrictions. Now the part I really wanted to test on video
is the waterproofing. What I'm going to do is take a paper towel, put it inside my jacket,
then get hit with 3 glasses of water and we'll see how it fares, whether or not it stays
dry. We're going to do this in one shot so there's no camera tricks, but there won't
be any audio because I'm going to lose the mics so they don't get soaked.
(Music) So there's not much more I can say. The jacket
is really waterproof, it moves well, it looks good. If you're looking for a rain jacket
for golf, there's really not anything else you should consider. If you have any questions
about the Nike Hyperadapt, please post them down below and I'll be happy to answer them.
