Hello, people, and welcome back to part 18. Now that I finally did Free Hunt and obtained the Repairer 500 from the item box that I didn't encounter before in the dead end, let's get onto Stage 5.
And it appears that we're now back with the aliens confession, except there's only two of them left.
Oh well, onto the next one.
mhm.
Wow, you read that pretty fast.
Hmm, I guess so.
Oh, so looks like we don't have bike parts in this at all. Now the 5th stage takes place in Tokyo, even though I'm surprised that in 2011, this game came out in Japan before the English version was confirmed last year.
Man, this game does have a lot of flashbacks, doesn't it?
Oh, yes, it does.
Meow, why so gloom, chan?
Oh, come on. I though that Dxtroy is going to fix the lagging issue. Now I'm not really sure whether to use Dxtroy or Snagit for the future parts.
I have a feeling that Nana may have beated us there to White Rock Shooter.
Wait, that's the Brunhild. It's the same one that Rothcall used before. So that's the ship that Nana already used to take off before. I don't even know why she even took it there.
So, apparently, we can't go through the door on the right, unless if we find the way to do so.
You know, what I'm concerned about now is what enemy does, well, what boss fight does Black Rock Shooter have to face off against next?
I'm guessing Nafe, when we get to the end of this stage.
Well, really, it's a 50/50 chance that it could be Nana, unless she probably has been already defeated by White Rock Shooter.
I highly doubt it could be Nafe, who is the next boss.
I mean, I was really hoping, you know, I'm actually hoping for White Rock Shooter to be the final boss.
Yea, she is.
From this door, the only way to open it is to destroy all of the enemies at where you are.
Oh shoot, those Wheels are back again, and they're the same like in the bike parts of stage 2.
After defeating them, I'll get Star Comet, which can only hit ground enemies and unleash a bomb after some time, but I don't know when.
You know, the new enemies could have been better, if their designs don't look too similar to the old ones, even though that's how the aliens created them.
Wow, that's probably the most ligament excuse that a group of developers could possibly pass off.
mhm.
Ah, checkerboard wallpaper. Doesn't it remind you of anything?
I'm guessing the Black Rock Shooter OVA.
Yep.
So I guess we finally made it to the way to open the door from there.
Hey Morgan, by any chance, have you got started on the video editing for the Q&A?
Hmm, I haven't got all of the auditions from the people who participated in it. I only have 4 left.
Wow.
Geez, it's going to be a very long way to get to Nana. Let's just hope I don't take so long in this, unlike the one in stage 4.
If there's one thing I got to tell you about Black Rock Shooter, it's that this little lady takes a looking and keeps on kicking.
mhm. Agreed.
For destroying five of those gunners, my Stun Snipe will be upgraded to G-1 Snipe. That can be more useful than before.
Well, we may not find her, but at least we can still communicate with her.
And too bad that Nana doesn't want to talk to her. The next mission's going to be very long, but not as long as last time in the previous stage.
Oh course Nana doesn't want to talk to Black Rock Shooter.
mhm.
Ok, that's enough, Nana. Look at her, she's not even weak to be left behind or find you in here.
Well, Black Rock Shooter is just not going to give up on Nana.
mhm. Before I can handle these guys, I'll let these two finish up their conversation.
There we go, now I got Star Comet. As soon as I take care of this Wall enemy, I'm going to switch out Aggressor with it so that I don't have to deal with much lag because of me using it.
When it comes to those Wall enemies, you have to defeat them quickly before they get close to you when they're not up. Once they get close to you, you'll lose a lot of HP from it, so you have to be careful on this.
Oh, come on. I'm at the beginning of the cutscene, and the flashback appears after that.
So, I guess that explains why the other aliens are going against humanity, just to look for Black Rock Shooter and Nana.
You know, that stage sort of reminds me of Dead Master's castle from the OVA. If you seen it, you know what I mean by that.
I got a new skill, which is Attack-Free. It can reduce the shot heat cost to zero, which can be helpful when fighting against strong enemies and bosses, as long as you have it on.
mhm.
What? There's nothing in this way, even the enemies? Well, that's pretty useless for a path in this stage.
For those Walls, I'll head back to using Aggressor for them so that my attacks can get more stronger and quicker to defeat them. At least when I used it, I don't encounter that much lag like the Star Comet, besides I now think that Aggressor's more useful for me.
Oh god. Why does there have to be so many Wheels in the way? There's even more of them than in the first stage, but I'm not sure if there's more in this than the bike parts in stage 2.
Not everyone has to be perfect there. We all have flaws sometimes, but we just have to deal with them, as long as you're not being stupid over them.
Hmm, I wonder if Black Rock Shooter's thirsty for vengeance.
*laughs* mhm.
Wow. Well, in this case, the thirst is real.
*laughs* mhm.
That kinda reminds me of the part from the first InuYasha movie where Kagome told InuYasha to run while she's being under Menomaru's control.
Ok, Nafe, who invited you to this party? It's not anything that have to do with you.
And that's it for now. RyokoHakubiFan97 signing out, and I'll see you guys in part 19.
Bye.
