If we just focus on products and services and we don't look at the managerial side we cannot understand
how a company was able to

or even better understand than the others the customer's needs
and create a beverage and to market this beverage

If we don't look at the managerial side of food, beverage and hospitality business we probably
are not able to understand how is it possible to create

in a large chain like we are now, so to characterize your
ambient in a way to become a point of reference for customers at international level
