On behalf of Expert Village I'm Lizbeth Muller and today I will show you an Asian chicken
dinner that is absolutely delicious. With some warm water and I'm going to show you
how I cut it right now. Shake my chicken. Come over here. Just get a knife and I'm going
to show you how to cut my chicken. I want it kind of thin. I don't want it so thick
so I'm going to slice it in half, putting my hand over the chicken like this thinning
it out. Cut it in half like that because that was a whole chicken breast and it was really
fat. I'm going to dice it really this. It cooks faster too when I'm actually cooking
it. So I'm cutting the chicken in long strips cause it's nice for Asian cooking to have
nice strip chicken. You can buy it already cut. I prefer to just buy the chicken breast
whole like this.
