I've just picked up DJI Phantom 4
And I'm very excited about reviewing this product.
Up until now whenever DJI released a drone, I was always curious about it,
I was always interested in it. Those are really cool products
But I never felt like getting one
Until, Phantom 4
OK. You know it's serious when this table is out, right?
So here it is
No wonder why this is Apple Exclusive
This totally looks like an Apple product
Here it says works with iMovie and Final Cut
That's how Apple exclusive this is
Normally I really don't post just unboxing videos but for this I wanted to do it.
Because the box is very interesting, you're going to see in a minute
I've watched couple of reviews from the verge and tested
And those guys can't say everything they feel like saying.
I feel like that's the gap I can fill in.
Because no one sent this to me. I got it myself
So I can say whatever I want.
Ah!
And since this video is in 4K
You know I'm shooting this in 5 minute intervals
Because this is Sony RX100M4 and it stops every 5 minutes and it needs to cool down
Yup. It comes with its own case
First of all
It smells really good and you know what kind of smell I'm talking about
It's the new laptop smell
Everything is nicely placed.
Looks really cool so far.
If this is an Apple exclusive it probably comes with stickers.
Sadly though… It doesn’t come with any stickers.
What we have here is USB OTG Cable, Micro USB Cable, Power Cable, Battery Charger
And manuals.
If you know me you know I never read manuals or instructions.
Actually this is the first time I'm going to put it in water.
I didn't read the instructions while I was putting this together.
But this is not a toy…
and on top of that you're responsible for this drone.
If it falls on a car you're responsible for this drone.
If it falls on a person even worse.
So you have to be very careful
Because with great drone comes great responsitrillitrust
So you better read the manuals. Read them!
Phantom 4 comes with 4 pairs of propellers
If you live in southern hemisphere like New Zealand, you have to install counter-clockwise propellers
and if you live in…
See… I made that up... I was testing if you read the manuals…
I’m disappointed in you
And this is the remote and needless to say it feels fantastic in hand.
Control sticks, sticks to your thumbs which gives you a very safe feeling.
Here we have the flight mode switch between positioning, sport and attitude mode
video recording button, gimbal dial that tilts and controls your gimbal
And on this side we have the Camera settings dial
Intelligent flight pause button, Shutter button for the camera
These C1 and C2 buttons are customizable through DJI GO app
It also has a micro USB port and an USB Port to connect the mobile device running the DJI GO app
And this is the power port.
Here is the Phantom 4, I have to say… I looks beautiful.
You have to remove these stickers that are covering the obstacle sensing cameras.
On this side we have the Camera / Linking status indicator
Micro USB port Camera Micro SD card slot.
And in that slot there is a 16gb micro SD card
and the vision positioning sensors looks like squitward
This is the intelligent flight battery. According to DJI it lasts 28 minutes.
The camera can shoot up to 24 or 25 frames per second in 4k or up to 120 fps in 1080p
Phantom 4 sounds like a DIY’s dream come true.
Thanks to its nicely designed carrying case you can pack everything neatly
and even add extra two batteries to the designated holes on the left.
So far everything looks very good. I wonder what’s going to happen when I take it outside.
Well thank you very much for watching this unboxing.
The full review is going to be online soon.
I must have a subscribe button somewhere here on the screen
Hit that button and join the World DO'mination
And let me know what you think about the boxing of DJI Phantom 4
Are you interested in drones, are you planning to get one or do you have a drone?
This is my first professional drone
What is your advice?
Let me know in the comment section pillow...
Oh I don't have a pillow
And until I see you the next time take really good care of yourselves and Hoşçakalın!
