Welcome back to the advanced mega rig tutorial in the leg's phase.
I'm sure you noticed the leg curved differently in the upper region than in the lower region.
But, Why is that? Well, the most of the times in which these kind of mistakes appear, they tend to be caused to insignificant stuff for us...
... but important for the program.
In this case, because of the scales of the curves. What happened is to 1 I have scaled only the X axis and for the other one, I have scaled the 3 axes.
Then for the program is like it has to scale the effect also. That's why it only affects just a part and stretches the rest.
Ok, let's start.
I activate the layers with the lattices and curves.
Hide the layer with the leg's mesh.
I set the scales for both lattices at the same.
I hide the lattice-thighStr to select the Curve-thighStr and be able to verify the numeric values of its scales.
I select then the Curve-shinStr and check that all the scale axes are scaled to 0.258.
I change them, in my case, to 0.276 in X and Y and Z to 1.000.
And having done that little adjustment, both sections of the leg will curve in the same way.
