Hi, I'm Marcus Weller, I'm the founder and CEO
of Skully Helmets. We make heads-up display motorcycle helmets with the rear view
camera
as well as GPS navigation. The rearview camera is ultra-wide angle so it's a 180 degree
viewing angle.
It sees everything behind the rider, as well as to the sides.
The GPS navigation is highly simplified and only provides
the information that the rider needs when the rider needs it.
No extra information, not distracting, right in the line of sight.
Right now, what you're seeing in the heads-up display, the system fires up and it gives
you some traffic information. You want to know if there's going to be rain in the
forecast.
and so, as a rider, you'd want to be alerted to that when you put the helmet on.
Here, you're seeing a 180 degree viewing angle rear view camera
and music firing up. So you can voice control it and
and listen to music, all your favorite songs while you're riding.
In addition to this, you've got the GPS turn-by-turn navigation, so
when it's time to turn, it will alert you in a minimalistic way.
It will also do voice calling, you can take calls,
you can see who's calling with a little icon, and
also we plan to release an SDK, and through that, we will have other
applications like
Pandora, Ways, and other apps that enhance the functionality the helmet
itself
