I have my chicken and steak all cubed up. They are about the same size and I'm going
to go ahead and add the italian dressing to the chicken. I'm now going to add in the meat
tenderizer. I'm going to add in some salt now and stir that all up. Now I'm going to
cover both of these and put them in the fridge to marinate for at least two hours, overnight
works great, or if you do it in the morning before you go to work or school. I've gone
ahead and cut two medium to large size potatoes, just into chunk pieces. And I'm going to stick
these in the microwave for a good minute and a half to two minutes. Okay, now I have my
griddle out. And I am going to set it at 375 and let that warm up. Okay, I cooked my potatoes
in the microwave for about a minute to give them a head start because they take much longer
than the chicken and beef. So, I taken these out and you are just going to slide all of
the stuff you want on there. I'm just going to do potatoes and meat on mine, but you can
add vegetables like onions, green pepper, or any color bell pepper, and mushroom would
work great, so I'll show you what it looks like. My griddle is nice and hot and I've
assembled my shish kabobs and I have about six and a half, so I'm just going to put them
on the griddle and flip them over half way through. And here is the finished product.
It is very delicious. So here is the final question, how do they taste? So I'm just gonna
taste them for you. Here is the steak. Yum, it's delicious, the tenderizer really does
do it. Taste some chicken. That is really good. It's moist, the italian dressing does
so much for it and adds so much flavor. And I'll take a potato and I like because of the
worchestershire how it infuses the potato on there. It is just perfect. It's perfect.
