This is trick number 21 of the Looping Trick Ladder. It's called Sword and Shield, and
it looks like this.
One, two, three.
A few things to note about this trick, is you must start with an Around the World. You
cannot start with Loops and then throw into a Sword and Shield with your sideways Around
the Worlds. Another thing to note, is that you must do at least one Loop per Around the
World. So, if you do an extra Around the World you must have a Loop to accompany that Around
the World. So you cannot do Sword and Shield like this, stop the Loops, and then do an
extra Around the World. One more thing to note, is that the Loop and the Around the
World must always cross paths for the repetition to count. For example, if I cross paths here,
and then they don't cross paths after a few repetitions, that means I missed the trick.
And that is the Sword and Shield.
