Hello! So I actually wore this look to my friend's barbeque and I thought it would be
really nice to share it with you all. I had a strange dream that night about a bird
with these colours and decided to use it as my inspiration for this makeup look! I hope
you enjoy it.
So I'm starting off by using my favourite eyeshadow primer to make sure that my eyeshadow
stays on and stays vibrant!
Then use a nyx jumbo eye pencil as a base for the crease portion of my eye. I would
like to get as much colour payoff
as possible.
Now, from my bh cosmetics palette, I've gotten a dark purple colour started to pack the colour
in the same place as where I put the base earlier. I know it looks a bit funny right
now, but don't worry, it'll come together I promise.
Here I'm taking an elf eyeshadow brush and I'm using a sweeping motion to blend a dark
grey colour above the purple colour to further enhance the overall look. I got this brush
for probably 2 dollars.
From the same palette, I'm taking a very bright pink Colour and I'm packing into the outer
corner of my lid. The key to using BH Cosmetics is lots of primer and lots of packing! I'm
going to continue packing in the colour for a while until I get the brightness that I'm
looking for.
I hope it's starting to come together for you guys.
From that palette I'm taking a very pale pink and I'm applying it to the inner corner of
my eyelid and blending it into the hot pink. It's all about layering.
Afterwards, I'm taking a NYX pigment powder in a very pale pink, and I'm layering it over
the previous colour. ...and just like before, I'm blending it into the hot pink colour.
I am Bringing that very same colour under the eye... the same with the hot pink colour
under the eye as well.
I'm adding a highlight colour that is maybe a shade lighter than my concealer and I'm
blending it into the darkest colour.
I then take this white jumbo pencil by Rimmel and I'm running it on my waterline, to make
my eye appear larger.
I put a black eyeliner on my lash line for more drama.
NYX has this really cool studio liquid liner and I used it to make very thin lines on the
outer part of my eye. This made it look a bit more interesting.
With black eyeliner, I give myself a cat eye... then I use the black eyeliner to out line
the blue line I out earlier.
I put on some lashes I got for 2 bucks at sears. And I'm ready to go!
Thanks for watching you guys. Let me know if you have any video requests.
