Hi, David Evans with Tennis Tips Daily Dot Com.
In this short video, I will demonstrate some forearm stretching that can be done before
playing tennis or other high risk activities.
These forearm stretches should be done to prepare your muscles and tendons for the
challenges ahead.
First, lightly stretch for about twenty to thirty seconds
with the palm up.
Then with the palm down
repeat the stretch.
You can repeat this with your other arm as well.
