hey guys whats up we are here at the arnold expo columbus ohio and ah
man this place is happening
ah we've got
the world's top athletes here and ah we're right in the mix really inspiring
really motivating environment
and uh... i just went in there and pulled kyle leon
out because he's working and i still have some some questions for him and i also
had to get myself out of there because I just spent 700 bucks in there of lunch boxes
in the last video we were talking about some of the problems
three the biggest problems infact
that skinny guys and guys in general stays when it comes to packing on muscle
today we're gonna talk but the solution to those three problems but first let's
recap them
the first big problem a lot of guys is what you're saying is that while guys rely on
bulking and then cutting
and it works once or twice but it's not a long-term solution primarily for
health reasons
your body experiences diminishing returns every time you do it
two, a lot of guys are just winging their diets
they're kinda playing the lottery hoping they just end up at their final
destination
they're taking good principles but they're not personalizing they're basically generic
principles
third problem
a lot of guys are going to i wouldn't say bad sources of information
but
not personalized and not the best sources of information they're relying on forums books
magz and everything's generic so they're getting generic
results
so i want to put you on the spot
you got a couple minutes here and just ask you what would you say the solutions
are to those three big mistakes
okay okay for sure man no problem
you summed that up all pretty good you hit them all one two three
no you did
uh... i guess what it comes to the solution
it there's nothing crazy is nothing secret is nothing new
unbelievably
hidden from you
is something that i think everybody
that's a fitness model bodybuilder
competitor would agree with
it really comes down to having a truly customized
unique anabolic approach to nutrition
for yourself
your body type
your weight training regimen and your life
it has to do with the adjusting things do what's best for you and not just
relying on
generic plans
and i think that that
is the main reason why
anybody that serious about taking their physique for the next level that you'll
meet here or in the athletes hotel or whatever would understand that uh... and i
mean you yourself you
you go ahead in the best in in a in a certain
program where somebody will tailor something for you is that not correct
and just this year
I invested four thousand dollars and that's just for one year
that's not for like life that's for one year for uh... personalized nutrition plan
that doesn't even involve my training component
and i think what's interesting is that we're going to go watch the pros compete
tonight and we are going to see alot of physiques
that look almost identical the all arrive at the same outcome
yet they all took different roads to get there
they didn't all follow the same plan which is very very interesting
but then I think everybody's probably wondering so
why is it then if that's common knowledge that not everybody has access
to that and
the truth is that's the truth is that
finding somebody that's qualified first and foremost
to tailor the nutrition to you
is very difficult
just ask any of the athletes that are
that are here today that it's not easy to find somebody
that is not qualified they can actually tailor a nutrition plan
to you in your goals that's one thing
but the second thing is it's
let's face it it's not
affordable it's not affordable
i've been doing this for eight years and this is the first time i went that route so
it's absolutely
i think that's probably why there's such a big gap
that people know we're not presenting anything new or groundbreaking here we're
basically saying that
customized solution is obviously the best route to go but
despite people knowing that there's such as big gap nobody's using a personalized
or individualized solution
aight man i know you gotta go i got one more favour to ask
before you go back into the expo i know you gotta keep working
viewers at home
don't know what you've been working on and know you've spent a lot of your
own time alot of your own effort and money into developing
a solution to close the gap between what the pros know
and to what our viewers a home don't know
if you got some time you think we could hook up once more before the weekends over and uh...
we could just pick your brain on that yeah man for sure
i've really dedicated lot of time to trying to find
affordable solution
that will really bridge the gap between like what the pros have access to and what
normal guys have access to and
you know that something i've really have been investing a lot on because i'm passionate about cause I want
everybody to have the same chance to build muscle without fat and you know
not have it be depend upon the bank account absolutely
