Hi, my name is Tiffany Parks I'm here on behalf of Expert Village and I'm going to tell you
a little bit about powerlifting. Now we're going to show you how to work your triceps.
Anthony you want to go ahead and pick up the weight, be sure whenever you're putting the
weight behind your head you don't clunk yourself. So now he's going to put it behind his head
and he's going to bring it down as far as he can and then just bring it up and then
down and up. It's going to work out these muscles right here that's another thing to
kind of help you with your bench and to help you with your grip. And you can do just start
off with a small amount of reps that way you don't end up hitting yourself or hurting yourself
and then just kind of work your way up. Everybody's numbers are different so try not to compare
yourself to your friends because not everybody can lift the same amount of weight. But that
doesn't mean your less of a person because your friend lifts more than you so don't be
embarrassed.
