I wanted to share with you some other envelopes that just arrived
a few days ago. A bride, Kelly, contacted me and asked for 65 aquamarine envelopes
because I only had 21 listed. When I realized that I'd have to special order them
I asked her if that was the color she actually wanted or
perhaps the one she had just picked from the ones I had available.
She said she was actually hoping for green to go with her green and pink
invitation
and after a few emails back and forth she settled on this metallic
serpentine green. And this is great news for you
because I got to bring in so many other fantastic colors
you can kind of see the metallic sheen versus the
pink lemonade that's down below here. It's really hard to photograph but it's
very pretty
and the bright colors of
either one are lots of fun. There's the dark blue,
the pink lemonade, the celestial blue, spearmint,
and then these are really fun. I found a galvanized silver
and a gold - gold leaf. You can kind of see that they shimmer a little bit too.
So there's so many fun colors and they're really well-made.
I love the square flap look on the back and someone getting these in the mail
would really feel like you thought about them today, and that you really
care. The fact that they're sustainably made is really important to
me. The company that mills the bright colors has been using hydropower for
eighty-five years.
I also have some other other envelopes which
are made from even more recycled content. It made me so happy to find something to
complete the look
that Kelly was going for. I love bring a smile to someone's day.
