They will be learning a few different measurement techniques, like calculating their core endurance or their strength
I had heard of the class, it started last semester and i thoguht it would be a good way of getting motivated to work out, as well as having fun at the same time.
There's one with the balance board where its really difficult to calculate where your center of gravity is, to figure it out is very tricky.
I think students really like it because even though they are workign out, its not really like working out, it's like having fun.
