How to organize yourself to help you enjoy your schedules and life.
If we live very accelerated it is almost certain
that our life is disorderly everywhere.
When we go at full speed it is difficult to put order and, even more, to respect it.
A life without order transmits uneasiness even if we are not aware of it. Putting an
order in our lives and in our things we can achieve great inner harmony.
The exterior is a reflection of the interior.
Anyone who goes to a place where there is an order feels well automatically. In the
same way, when we arrive somewhere where disorder reigns everywhere, we feel like leaving.
Whatever surrounds us is a reflection of our interior and the disorder, although we do
not like it, reflects an internal disorder.
If you want to live in peace and enjoy life, you need to order everything that has to do
with you and your way of life.
Put an order in the time to go to bed, to get up, to eat and everything that surrounds
you and what you live with.
1. Sorting sleep schedules.
Having regular schedules is essential to be able to feel much better. The first thing
we should keep in mind is the time we get up.
The body works much better if we wake up every day at the same time, as long as we have slept
the necessary number of hours.
When we vary a lot the time at which we get up, the body accuses us. This disorder causes
the body to suffer small "jet-lags" and find it difficult to find the balance.
Of course, if we respect an hour to get up on a regular basis, we will also have to do
it with the time to go to sleep.
Many people steal sleep hours so that the time is more profitable and so they can do
even more things. This is a big mistake. We should never steal our rest hours as this
puts our health at risk.
2. The meal times.
If we want our body does not suffer from disorders or diseases, it is very important that we
have regular eating times. Eating anything at any time is very unhealthy. Snacking makes
us not nurture properly and doing it at any time harms our digestive system.
The food to which we must pay attention to is breakfast. Skipping breakfast is a very
unwise habit. Our body needs to start the day with a full tank.
For that reason, before leaving home we should have breakfast. If we do it well, I'm sure
that until noon we will not need to eat anything else.
The rest of the meal times are important that they are always at the same time. That way
our digestive system will work more effectively. It is very beneficial to have dinner, at least,
an hour and a half before going to sleep.
3. Order in your room or in your space.
When we enter someone's room we can easily get a good idea of how that person is psychologically.
If the room is tidy we will feel comfortable and will not rush to leave. However, a room
that is a disaster, in addition to reflecting how that person feels internally, invites
us to get out of there as soon as possible.
When we have our things ordered, it is easier for us to find what we need at all times.
This facility will save us a lot of time and make us live in peace.
To order things, it is necessary to throw away what no longer serves us.
One of the most pleasurable things about ordering a space is to be able to throw away everything
that we no longer need or that have been damaged.
However, there are many people who cling to old and useless things. By throwing away the
useless things we leave a wonderful space for the new things that are about to come.
We can also use the gap that remains to place things more easily.
4. Order in your head.
If your mind is disordered and works in a chaotic and autonomous way it is very difficult
for you to be happy. In order to be happy it is necessary to know what we want and value
what we have.
Therefore, it is very important to have spaces of silence in order to organize our thoughts.
If we learn to be concrete and not get involved in too many things, our mental space will
be much more orderly.
It is essential that each person knows what is important to them and what is not.
Order at the mental level is synonymous with emotional and spiritual peace.
