Today we are doing a interactive 30 minute training session focusing on soccer skills
and soccer fitness.

Here's how this works. I am going to do these soccer exercises with you. So I'll do a set,
then tell you to hit pause and you do a set. It will be like we are training together.
I'll also talk to you a bit and try to keep you pumped up.
Equipment Needed: soccer workouts You will need three to five soccer balls and
six cones. If you don't have all that equipment then just do the best you can with what you
have.
0-5 Minutes: soccer drills First five minutes is our warm up. Get your
mind and body right for soccer training. Just a standard warm up of jogging and stretching.
For time purposes I'll speed up my warm up with a little fast forward action but you
take 5 minutes.
5-10 Minutes: soccer tutorial Good warm up, lets get into it now. Next five
minutes we are working on soccer attacking soccer moves. Dribble up to your defender
cone, do a Ronaldo Chop, then accelerate to the top cone fast. Light jog back and when
you get to start cone turn and sprint up the field 20 yards like you are hustling back
on defense; then light jog back and we switch. We repeat this 5 times.
The person not working is resting. I'll do a rep, then you. Let's go!

Make sure you don't go 100 miles per hour the whole time. Notice I go fast, I go slow,
I change it up. This is how you get match fit when you can't play games everyday.

10-15 Minutes how to coach soccer Love me some Ronaldo Chops! Next up, advanced
scissors. This is a great move to do from a stand still when you need to create extra
space between you and a defender. Click here to watch an OSA video teaching you how to
Do this with 3-5 balls. Set up a few cones in front of you like a defender. Do an advanced
scissors and go to your left or right. Then whip in a cross or make a pass to an imaginary
teammate. After you do your 3-5 balls sprint as fast as you can to get all the balls and
bring them back to start point.
I'm up first. We are doing this 5 times.

For time length purposes of video you will finish your sets on your own and I'll finish
my sets on my own. So I won't tell you to hit pause anymore. Just give yourself 1 minute
to rest between reps. You got four more. Get after it.
15 - 20 Minutes football soccer Stride Dribbling. When you can you want to
use the ball during fitness. This is great for your touch, ball control and mental focus
when your mind gets tired.
We are dribbling to top cone and back as fast as you can go. Touches every few steps, not
every step. Top cone is 40 yards away. I'll go, you rest, then we switch.

20 - 25 Minutes Dribbling in and out of cones going as fast
as you can. You need 6 cones. Go through the cones as fast as you can. Sprint back from
top cone, then rest while I go. We are doing 5 each.

25 - 30 Minutes Juggling. Feet, thighs, head. You make the
call. No fitness, just juggling. If you are great at juggling then challenge your skills.
Only do all left foot juggling for a minute, all right foot. You be creative. If you are
an average juggler then just focus on basic juggling technique. We all can improve.
I'll do my 5 minutes, you do yours. See you in 5 minutes! HIt pause!
That's it for this 30 minute session. Good stuff. I'd advise finishing with a cool down,
light stretching and push ups and sit ups if you are 12 or older.
