>> I'm just going to show you a couple boarders that you could use on a torte.
I prefer a fancier boarder because it really is a fancier cake.
I'm going to show you like a shell, reverse shell,
a C. I'll show you another couple a few of them.
So I'll start with just a shell boarder.
It's just up, pull, pull, pull, pull.
It's really the simplest boarder you can do.
And you just go - you can do it like this where you pull it.
And you go.
As you can see, it's really hard to pipe [inaudible] sometimes
because it can get all air bubbles in it and it pops and all that.
But then you can do a reverse shell.
So like this.
That's my favorite.
Or you could go like this.
Or you could do a C.
That was just a couple examples of what you can do on a cake.
Again, my personal favorite is this guy because he's really -
looks really good on a cake; especially, a torte.
So I'm going to go with that when I bring my cake back.
