Uganda’s President has announced he will sign the country’s harsh Anti-Gay Bill into
law, imposing life imprisonment for anyone convicted of being gay.
Yoweri Museveni was persuaded by senior politicians as they debated the 2016 election.
A mob has attacked 14 suspected gay men in Nigeria in an attempt to ‘cleanse’ their
neighbourhood.
The young men were dragged from their beds and assaulted by around 40 vigilantes.
The Anglican House of Bishops has issued pastoral guidance on same sex marriage, denying couples
the church’s blessing.
It also stated that lay & ordained Christians will not be allowed to serve if they marry
their partner.
A transgender activist and former member of Italy's parliament has been arrested in Sochi
under the anti-gay propaganda law.
