This is Rachel, with Nutrolution, in Miami Beach, Florida. In this clip, we're talking
about diets for hormonal imbalances. So, there's all different kinds of hormonal imbalances
that exist, and a lot of them come, or manifest in the form of a hormonal cancer. But if you
do know that you have any kind of hormonal imbalance I recommend, number one, that you
really, really work to eliminate your sugars. So, sugar actually causes the body to secrete
insulin, and insulin is kind of a master hormone in your body, and when your insulin levels
go high it ends up throwing off all the rest of the hormones in your body, including your
reproductive hormones, so that's number one. Another huge tip that I have for you is to
really work to eliminate something called xenoestrogens from your diet. So, most people
when they have hormonal imbalances end up with much higher estrogen levels than they
should, and part of the reason is because of all the xenoestrogens in our in our world.
Xenoestrogens are all kinds of different chemicals, but the most kind of common ones that come
in the diet are pesticides in your fruits and vegetables, and some of the antibiotics
and hormones that come in your dairy, and your poultry, and your meat. So, working on
cutting all those things out by going organic is a great place to start, as well as cutting
out those sugars. This is Rachel, in Miami Beach, Florida, with Nutrolution.
