Hello everyone. Thought you might like to take a look at how I've been customising my Samsung Galaxy S4 over the last couple of days.
So, as many of you regulars will know, I'm a big fan of TSF Shell and
this is a Galaxy S4 customised with TSF Shell to a basic level
right now
but just to show you some of the cool features of TSF.
For instance the dock is now something that is virtualised so if
you want to
you can move it up onto the side instead.
Likewise, if I feel like it I can drag it back down to here
and have it as a lower dock if I want to.
But that on its own increases the functionality massively for me.
Likewise adding a few basic widgets using uccw
give me access to my time, my date and my battery level as well as new missed calls or SMS's
waiting.
And then your kind of standard layout as it were.
Google Search up at the top, the Google+ widgets, my note-taking and if I want
to get into
my app tray all I have to do is just double tap on the back button and I'm in.
I can access all of TSF Shell's functionality on the side on here
and to get to that I've just got it set up on a swipe
just a two finger swipe gesture from the side. But all in all,
the Galaxy S4 with its high resolution display
wow! It really does make TSF kind of look proper swish.
There's loads more features you can do with TSF. These are just the ones I've kind of gone for at the moment.
But as you can see, it's coming along reasonably nicely.
Hopefully we'll do a fair bit more widget customization over the next couple of days.
It's getting there. That's TSF Shell, running on the Galaxy S4.
