Hello my name is Andrew Campbell, welcome to AC Silver.
These fine and impressive pair of antique George III English sterling silver entree
dishes are quite exceptional.
They have been made by the renowned and collectable London silversmith Paul Storr.
They have a rectangular plain cut cornered panelled form.
Both dishes and covers are ornamented with an impressive gadroon decorated border.
The cover of each is ornamented with a bright cut engraved coat of arms.
The interior surface of each is embellished with a bright cut engraved crest.
These fine dishes are fitted with deep rectangular hallmarked domed panelled covers with cut
corners.
Both retain the original hallmarked Regency style screw fitting detachable shaped handles.
Full hallmarks are struck to the surface of each base and cover; and are clear.
At a weight of 112 troy ounces the pieces are an excellent gauge of silver.
The highlighted features of these exceptional entree dishes make them ones that could be
sold with my highest recommendations.
If you require any further information or assistance regarding these exceptional entree
dishes, please do not hesitate to contact us via telephone or email.
