we all suffer from the Sunday blues from time to time
I'm Dan and I am here today to give you a few tips
on how to make Sundays a little bit more bearable
a job is not just about a high salary and great benefits, you've got to love what you do
so make sure when you wake up in the morning, you're looking forward to going to work
and not dreading it
sometimes on a Sunday you can feel overwhelmed with tasks
what you need to do is to prepare yourself for Sunday on Thursday
this means that you should
set your schedule on what you need to do on Sunday so that when Sunday comes around
you've got a lot more time to sit down and focus on doing it
also Thursdays could be one of those days where it gets to the late afternoon and start looking on Facebook
and checking to see what the new Harlem Shake videos like
but instead of doing that, plan for Sunday
and everything should go along a lot more smoothly
sometimes if you are in a high pressure job
the weekends could be very tough because you've always got work on your mind
what you've got to remember is that you've earned that weekend so make sure you make
the most of it and try think of work as little as possible
a lot of the time we put too much emphasis on the weekend and plan all our activities
so instead of doing that, why not try plan some activities for after work
and then you've got things to look forward to during the week as well
sometimes, Sundays do feel like the longest day of the week, especially if
you've had a great weekend
so what you need to do is make sure that you take advantage of your lunch break
if you can, get out of the office, go for a walk and you'll feel a lot better for the rest of the day
I hope you've enjoyed these tips today
now looking forward to seeing you again soon, thank you
