Hello everyone So today's video is going to be about Weight Loss. So as I've mentioned,
I am tying to lose a little bit of weight, and I feel like what better way to do that
than to bring you guys along on this journey? So far, I've lost a total of 8 pounds. I can
now fit into a size 20 rather than a size 24 in pants, and I can now say "See you later
to the double XL" Adios Amigo! and hello to the XL in shirts. All of this progress has
happened in a matter of two weeks and I've yet to step foot in the gym. These are my
tips for losing that fat child. Again! These are my tips and what works for me, might not
work for everyone. So before working out and determining a regimen, what you are going
to want to, or what I did, was look into a detox. There are many out there, plenty to
choose from. But what I used was the 14 day cleanse from GNC that I showed you guys in
my very first video, the haul video. And I loved it because the entire time, it felt
like nothing was happening to me. Until some deep fried chicken slipped into my mouth-
that greasy ***. And let's just say I got to know myself a lot better.......on the
toilet. If you're wanting something a little bit more on the intense side, I definitely
would recommend the 2 day cleanse, also from GNC. It contains 4 bottles, 2 of which you
drink one day, a half hour before meals. And it tastes absolutely amazing. I actually just
finished up with this program today. I feel so much lighter because it does in fact get
rid of all of that water weight as we females do like to retain water weight. And I feel
so much more energized and ready. One important tip that I do want to let you guys know whenever
it comes to detoxing is to make sure you space them out. You want to give you body about
3 to 6 months whenever you're detoxing, because it gives your body enough time to go ahead
and replenish all of it's vitamins and things that it needs to strive on a everyday basis.
Of course, your diet is going to play a factor into how often you need to detox. So don't
definitely go out there and eat McDonald's and think "Oh I'm just gonna detox later."
Something else I've been doing, mentioning diet, is changing up my diet. I make small
meals weekly for my husband and I, and I won't get into what I put in those meals because
that's a whole nother video. But do know that I understand that it might be a bit difficult
to go from something you're completely used to, to something completely healthy and that
you're not used to. I mean, it was extremely hard for me. One vital thing though when you
are going to be changing up your diet, is to not dive right in there thinking you're
about to do everything, clear out your whole fridge and everything. And completely revamp
your diet because you just might not stick to it. It takes a lot of time to make something
a habit. And what I did was change my diet one meal at a time. So what I did was I would
substitute certain things in each meal for something completely different. For example,
like, sugar in my tea I would definitely substitute that for honey. Or an Ice Cream bar, I would
substitute that for a frozen fruit bar that's made with completely real fruit juice. One
last thing that I have been enjoying immensely, is snacking. I've snacked quite a bit since
I've been on this weight loss journey. Eating healthy foods of course, you know like snacking
on them, will in fact boost your metabolism giving you enough energy to go out there and
get your butt in the gym. I also drink this bottle of water that I got from my local Whole
Foods. So not only have I seen immense improvements in my body, I've also seen quite a bit of
improvements in my hair as well. Now, as I've mentioned I absolutely HATE water. So what
I do, is I drink this water while I'm watching some YouTube videos that way it doesn't feel
like I'm drinking something without any type of flavor like.........juice. It completely
takes my mind off of the fact that I'm drinking water and already I'm like, all the way down
here. It's not going to be easy at all and I know, I know that you can get through it.
Why? Because you're watching this video. You've got the mind set. You've also got the determination.
I mean, why else would you be watching this video? Now all you're waiting for is some
ideas. So there you go! No pills, no calorie counting, no diet restrictions, and most importantly,
no gym. Not all progress is done in the gym. But what I am basically just trying to get
across is that you don't have to go to the gym to lose the weight. Of course, you will
actually end up being there down the line, but that's not where you're going to see all
of your progress. Make sure you subscribe, you comment down below on any meal suggestions
you may have, how you're doing so far on your weight loss journey. And don't forget to thumbs
up and like my Facebook page! I've actually been forgetting to tell you guys that I got
a new Facebook page so go ahead and like that page. Link is down in the description box.
Until next week, I'll see you later. Bye.
