Hello. Welcome to Todd Miller TV. Special technology update today. I want to introduce
you to an app for real estate that you can use if you’re a real estate agent of if
you’re a consumer. It doesn’t matter. It’s called Homing In.
So what this app does is it allows you as an agent or consumer, when you go to houses,
to take pictures of them. Then you can share those pictures with other people. You will
always have a copy in the app. So no matter where you are, you can go back to the app.
As long as you have the app, you could find the photos. It’s really nice. You don’t
have to carry extra photos on your phone. If you want to, you can save it to your phone.
If not, they’re just out there in the cloud.
The cool thing is, is it – you can actually see other people’s photos too and the reason
that’s really cool is if you’re looking to buy a house and you’re looking around
at houses and you don’t see any – if you only see one picture online, you may find
more photos inside this app. If you go to a house and there’s only one photo and you
take a bunch of photos of it, then you can share those photos with everybody else.
There’s also a really cool feature in here called “showing request”. If you’re
standing in a house and you’re not working with an agent or you just want to get inside
the house, if you just hit the button that says, “requests showing,” it will find
the nearest real estate agent and just put you in touch with them.
So it’s pretty cool. The reason I’m promoting the app is because it’s my app. It’s something
that you can use anywhere in the nation. You can actually use it anywhere in the world.
There’s actually a post. Somebody posted a note from England. You can make photos notes.
It’s really fun.
Anyway, it’s only for an iPhone. It’s iOS only. It’s called Homing In and if you
jus type in “Homing In,” then you will be able to find it in the App Store. Anyway,
that’s my update for today and hope to see you on another video. Thanks.
