Well hello there you learning learners and welcome to part 1 of the 8 supplements for
memory. And here we go with supplement number 1. Which is the fatty acid omega 3. Omega
3 has some healthy functions in our body. First It prevents the hardening of our blood
vessels caused by too much cholesterol. And secondly it has a repressive effect on high
blood pressure. It is found in vegetable oils like sunflower oil or olive oil. And in fatty
fish like tuna. The second supplement is vitamin D. Vitamin D is made in our skin under the
influence of sunlight. Its benefits are as follows: First it helps you to maintain you
attention. And secondly it stimulates the growth of nerve terminals in your brain. The
third supplement is vitamin E. Vitamin E occurs as an anti-oxidant in our body. And helps
in reducing stress factors in our brain. It is found in vegetables and nuts. And the final
supplement of part 1 is vitamin C. Vitamin C can't be synthesised in our body therefore
it has to be in our food. It's found in fruit based foods and drinks it has a positive effect
on your mood and helps to improve brain functions. So learning learners what have we learned
today? First we have learned about the fatty acid omega 3 which is found in vegetable oils
and fatty fish. Secondly we have learned about vitamin D. Which is made in our skin under
the influence of sunlight. Then we have learned about vitamin E. Which is found in vegetables
