My name is Adriana Marcela Forero, I'm from Colombia and I'm in my first year.
My name is Manfred García and I'm from Alajuela, Costa Rica and I'm a first year student.
Hi my name is María Fernanda Sanchez Gomez and I'm from the state of Chiapas, Mexico.
I'm in my first year at EARTH University.
I'm Ingrid Veronica Tuyuc Amezquita from Guatemala.
Hi I'm Julio César Morales Batres from Guatemala, right now I'm in my second year at EARTH University.
After I leave EARTH my goal is to return to my community
and help people that have land
but don't take full advantage of it for lack of the right tools.
When I go home I want to help people with all the knowledge that I've learned here at school.
There are many things we need to work on and a lot to do, and I want to be the one that starts these changes.
I will like to work with vulnerable populations like displaced rural farmers and indigenous people.
I want to teach them sustainable development, social management with equality
and environmental stewardship with respect and balance.
Right now I'm taking the Animal Production class and I really like it,
I think it's something I can use as a tool to teach small producers in Guatemala.
I think that EARTH has given me many tools and knowledge
that will help me to establish my own business in my country,
a business that will not only be committed to society but also to the environment.
To make agriculture healthier and guarantee food safety.
There are many things we need to work on and a lot to do,
and I want to be the one that starts these changes.
EARTH University helps you to become not just an agronomist,
but an agronomist with solidarity, sensitivity and the leadership capacity
to make changes in the community
and remind people that they are important
and that the earth is one of the most important things in our country
and it can be an incredible resource.
I want to do it in a way that will develop my community and make it more prosperous.
