Female Speaker 1: The structure is what’s different. You say it’s starting at this
time. You say it’s ending at this time. You give us exactly – you give us your Nazi
[Phonetic] 5, 3, 2 minutes and I …
Female Speaker 2: Yes, I do.
Female Speaker 1: I love structure. There’s nothing wrong with structure. A lot gets accomplished
with structure.
Female Speaker 3: Well, and it is. You know, having the timer, you know that I’ve got
this amount of time that we’re going to talk and this amount of time we’re going
to write and then we’re going to talk again and it’s right on point and it’s nice
to walk away with those sheets of paper that three weeks down the line, you’re like,
“Oh, yes. I brought this up at Moxie but I haven’t really revisited it.” And you
can revisit these pieces of paper that everyone shared their ideas on and say, “You know
what? I did part of this but I still have to do these other things.” And there’s
nothing – you don’t ever walk away even with the feedback. There’s nothing to feel
guilty about. You don’t feel guilty because you didn’t walk away with a sale or a new
partner or a new whatever. You just walked away with ideas.
Female Speaker 2: I see.
Female Speaker 1: I’m really honestly impressed. I was just looking down at the sheet, the
worksheet for the two and a half hours. I can’t believe the structure within the organization.
It takes some organizations years to figure out how to run a meeting. It’s very well-done.
Female Speaker 2: Awesome.
Female Speaker 3: The message is go girl.
Female Speaker 1: Yes. [0:01:25] 1
