Hi my name is Davina this is my model Kristen we are here on behalf of expertvillage.com.
In this clip I will demonstrate how to properly buff the toenail. When buffing a toenail you
have to consider how thick and course the toenail is. How I would determine which file
to use if it is a thicker you are going to use a higher grain file. If it is thinner
you going to use a lower grain file. I'm going to use a lower grain file on Kristen because
her toenails are finner. Remove the foot from the basin drying it off and I'm going to use
a oil before I buff. This would give me a smoother finish and I protect the nail from
buffing it to much. Apply the oils starting at one the big toe working your way out to
the pinkie. You can use as much as this as you want. Starting from the big toe in circular
motions file the toenail surface. This would help clean the toenail clearly and it would
help the polish stay on longer cause it gives it a more buff surface. After buffing the
surface of the toenail you can glide the buffer on the front smoothing the edge to making
sure it is not ridged. Starting from the big toe working out to the pinkie. After doing the first foot repeat on the second.
That is how you properly buff a toenail.
