How to remove / delete a toolbar from Google Chrome.
If you want to delete a toolbar, or multiple toolbars,
and a toolbar can consist of what you're seeing right here, which is a toolbar called
"Finance toolbar", Babylon, Google has some toolbars, Yahoo has some toolbars,
there's a whole variety of them, and I'm sure you know what they are because you're watching
this video.
How we're going to get these toolbars on Chrome removed is we're first going to click up
here on the top right
and we're going to go down to Settings.
Now you're in your Settings page, and we're quickly going to go to Extensions on the left.
and then you're going to find
which toolbar you'd like to remove. So for instance here, we want to
remove the Finance toolbar. Now here you have two options.
You can either disable it, just by
checking off that checkmark box.
and now it's disabled and it won't show up, but it will still remain in your list.
If you want to remove this toolbar completely
you can do that simply by clicking on this trash can.
Remove Finance Toolbar? Click Remove.
Now it's gone.
Now we can go back here,
hit refresh, and you'll see the toolbar is gone from Chrome.
And basically rinse and repeat for any other toolbars you may have.
Clean Chrome up, and you'll see that
your browser can perform much quicker in many instances, once the toolbars
are gone, and of course there are many toolbars
that may suit your needs, and might help you out, so if that's the case,
then you should probably keep those, but for those toolbars you want removed from Chrome,
that's the way it's done. So thanks for watching. If this helped you please give it a LIKE or
