Dear Daniel, thank you for your monstrous performance...
Anytime!
Well thanks.
A few words quickly about your character.
Where is it from, for those, who wouldn't know.
The character is the Batman Animated Series' Scarecrow design,
which was rarely - to be precise only used twice.
I really loved it, so I decided to try to bring it to life.
So it's the character: the Scarecrow from Batman. Okay...
A few words about the costume?
In what percent is it your own work,
how much time was it to make,
what materials did you use, etc, etc.
Well the biggest job was the mask, obviously...
It's four layers, a balaclava, on that separatedly the teeth,
the eyes and the sack itself, which is the head.
I made the hat too from felt and strong cardboard.
Not the box type, but the other kind...
The trench coat was bought, I sliced it up and sewed it back together.
The character has a similar one.
The top part is a T-shirt, sliced up and sewed back together,
cut bigger openings in it and sewed under them sliced and sewed brown clothes.
An interesting thing I noticed on your mask:
the teeth move just the way you speak. I really like that.
Uhm... What else did I want...
Yes... Has the jury any questions?
How did you get lights of your eyes work?
Well it's two LEDs, I asked a friend to do some soldering, who's in this thing.
Two AA batteries provide the energy, I got a little switch in my-
So it's a separate mechanic and not some pocket lighter. (Wtf? o_O)
No, no, no.
Can I look at your fingernails?
'cuse me?
Can I look at your fingernails?
Course.
I used black nail polish, and smeared it, to make it look a little...
...more dead.
Yes, exactly, to make it look more dead.
We don't want to torment you anymore,
I can guess, you're boiling in there just as I do in my clothes.
Anything else? From the jury? Nothing.
Then thank you for being here.
Aaaand...
I'm coming... cuz...
So...
