I'm here talking about my studies and research regarding movement within and as the physical.
so... I have been into this topic of and research
since three years now or ... and most of the research has been done in one half years,
and it's really interesting to see movement as an expression of myself, because when we
think about movement, "think about movement" we generally ,or I have been generally thinking
about getting to from A to B. or performing certain specific actions and looking in a
particular way, while moving. I have been moving since my BIRTH, because
when I look at it or and investigate it the most basic and fundamental movement human
beings and animal beings do but even plans beings do is, Breathing, yes breathing, and
when the child borns, the first sign that it's alive is its first breath. also with
plants and animals. So the basic movement that everyone, every
being shares here are in this physical reality upon the earth and beyond is breathing! so...
The first video will be about THAT the mechanics and realizeations regarding breathing.
so this playlist is about movement and movement in this physical reality such as breathing
or walking or running and plenty of other things. NOT just human movements that I will
be representing movements through our physical manifestations and expressions But this is
also about animals moving plants moving and substances moving within this physicality.
I have been into sports from my childhood, where I used to bike every day into school
into elementary and play a lot while I was a kid. and all kids start like this, because
when we are kid, we really enjoy moving and playing around and running around running
amok and playing hide and seek or catch or whatever we just figure out to move our bodies,
because we at childhood Enjoy moving. Ever seen A child, a three-year-old or a two
year old or even a five-year-old child, sitting in a staticy state by itself or, only by itself
you (can) never see a child sitting for more than a couple of minutes, or just not about
laying down because that's resting the body, but sitting patiently waiting for something,
you never see a child do that, and the reason for it is because we really enjoy movements
because movement is an expression of ourselves. we express ourselves in this physical reality.
we move! Later on, we get forced into a habit of staying
still and not moving ourselves because our culture or parents our behavior is, we are
demanded to stay calm to Stay put, because our parents doesn't like us moving around
running around enjoying ourselves, because sometimes we have to Stay put to wait for
the animal to be patient and to have something and kids just don't like it!
So much, that they get every possible occasion to escape from such pain to Stay put.
So we go out and play football or any sports games or bike around or run around and play
games, because we are enjoying it. It's not about the emotion of feeding the
good or, the high energy altough partially it is, because our energetic addiction takes
all around we play. Mostly we enjoy expressing ourselves, because
what is life about if not about expressing ourselves and because we are here physically
we express ourselves physically that's Just common sense.
So, I have been biking lot i have rollerskates and used to do that, not on the proficient
level, but fairly okay. And lately in these past three, 3 1/2 years
I have been learning and studying PARKOUR and freerunning and in the past one and a
half years I have been also researching Parkour and freerunning from the points of its deterministic
effects and consequences to the body. And I am doing that research currently and
will show and present parts of such research here on this playlist.
That's why I created this playlist, to explain and come to conclusions or not conclusions
but show the realizations of movement. Like the one that we are always breathing
and breathing is a movement and breathing is an expression life as ourselves here.
just as like our beating hearts so I'm also working with or expressing with moving with
horses based on that I'm educating myself about horses, and I ride horses frequently
1-2-3 times per week. As much as I can because horses are really
expressive and reflective in nature and assist and support me in realizing myself But that
i wil talk about on the other playlist. I created specifically for horse care and
being with horses in realizing myself with and as horses and any sort of actions regarding
them. also. I will be making some tutorials/suggestions
to how to correct our false behaveiour regarding our movements because we tend to do unconscious
movements like walking and running such and we do it without even considering our own
physical body and what's the consequences of doing it in such a way.
So I either do a full on video with explaining right at the video and pointing out things
or a recorded video and comments on it later to record a better audio quality.
Topics will be anything I come across. so I'm here to show the physicality of movement
and the consequences of being unaware of it. And this is how I share my assistance and
support regarding this point.
