I'm Holly Olson on behalf of Expert Village. I am going to talk about balancing and runway
walking. It is important to practice your balance before you ever start a runway walk.
This is something you do at home on your own time. We are going to have Lisa close her
eyes and find the balance between your feet with your feet side by side. Teeter totter
rocking back and forth and side to side, back and forth little circles and you find where
your weight distributes between feet and that is your balance point. You want to memorize
those balance points for walking. You will find that when you go to strike your poses
that knowing where your balance line in the heel of your foot, the front of your foot
or which foot you are on will help you balance more properly and pose more effectively for
photographs.
