Hi there, I'm Tracy Goodwin and I'm the red sweater lady. And today we're going to talk
about how to take criticism. Many of us like to dish it out but some of us can't take it.
And criticism is a really valuable part of becoming a better person, becoming a better
speaker, becoming a better worker, becoming a better parent, child, anything in the world.
We can really gain a lot from being able to listen to criticism. But sometimes criticism
is very very hard to take because we tend to feel like we the person are being attacked.
Well there are some simple tips that you can follow to help you be able to listen to and
take criticism so that it can help you improve as a person and all areas of your life.
