DREW NOAH: So now that you've gone through the 'my calorie goals' and actually entered
your age, height and weight, this one allows you to track your BMI as well. To do this,
we'll just go-- it's under the my weight tab and this is where I've shown you your weight
history earlier. But you'll see right up here, you can also look on BMI chart, which stands
for Body Mass Index, and maybe, might be a healthier way to track whether you are a healthy
weight or not instead of just setting a goal weight. So you can see down here they've got
a little chart that gives you your status. If you're, you know, below 18.5, that's considered
underweight, 18.5 to 24.9 is normal, and then 25 to 29.9 is overweight and 30 and above
is obese. So you can see, this is just kind of--you want to get to this normal range.
You don't want to be below or above, typically. But you'll want to read up on this yourself.
I'm no doctor or anything. But you've got some guidelines about, you know, BMI right
here from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention. And there's also a link to the
Center for Disease Control and Prevention's website that has their own BMI reader. So
this is what the chart looks like. Well, actually, I'm only on here one day, see, up here. And
again, when I mouse over, I can see what my actual number. I'm, like, just barely on the
overweight side, it looks, right here for this example. But as you keep entering in
your weight in multiple days, you'll actually see a little chart right here just like on
the 'my weight history' index. So you can also track body measurements. And this is
just like the way you enter in your weight every day. You would have to enter this in
every day or once a week or whatever. So you can see, as of today, or yesterday or enter
a date of your own, you can track your waist size, neck size, hips, chest or other in inches,
which you could also save in centimeters if you go by centimeters. And then you get another
little chart that looks kinda similar to the BMI. And if I mouse over, you can see it.
And it'll make a little graph if I, as long as I enter in everything on a regular basis.
And you've got some instructions on how to measure properly down here as well. And also,
just to mention another section of this, the my weight tab, if you ever make a mistake,
you can change that down here with this little drop down box and remove this date. And this
