bjbj Axiometrics apartment data is extremely helpful to our clients because it breaks down
the apartment properties by class, in other words the properties are graded as being either
A, B or C properties. This allows clients, when they are looking for apartment data for
some apartment analysis, to look at the performance of these different grades of properties. The
way that we do that is, a property will have two grades, one will be its MSA grade, or
Metropolitan Statistical Area grade, and the other will be its grade within the submarket.
Now, a byproduct of this apartment data is we are also able to grade the submarkets.
What we are able to do with our apartment data and this grading system is tell our clients
where the A properties are, and How they are performing? You can also identify the A sub-markets
in the country, and if you want to have a strategy where you just invest in A sub-markets
with C properties, we can you do that because of the way that we grade properties using
our apartment data. PAGE Transcribed by Transcription HUB HYPERLINK "../AppData/Local/Temp/www.TranscriptionHUB.com"
