Hello, welcome to Cibotec Food Ingredients
I am going to make a very simple, very easy loaf of bread with gluten free flour.
Firstly, it is very important to sieve the flour very well
so that it can rise with the yeast.
I will show you how to put these ingredients together.
All you need is a packet of gluten free flour Cibotec 400 gr
Pour a little water in the yeast
the yeast is about 4-5 gr (dry)
and wait for a while for the bacteria to start up.
It is also very important to use bottled water or filtered water.
You shouldn`t use water straight from the tap because of the chlorine (kills the yeast).
Pour a little water in the salt
Mix the yeast in the flour
and then pour the water to the mix
Now we will use an electric mixer to prepare it
Half way through stop the mixer and add the salt dissolved into the water.
Now we will put the salt
We use 400gr flour and 300gr water
Continue with the mixer for about 4 minutes and that`s about it.
Take some flour and sprinkle it over your work surface.
Put the dough on the work surface, sprinkle it with a little flour and knead the mixture.
Ready
You can make different shapes like small bread rolls or baguettes.
Another option is to put origanum or olives or feta cheese in the bread to make it tastier.
You could also use spinach puree or tomato paste to make green or red bread.
Cut the loaf slightly
and spray it with water so as not to dry.
Cover it and let it rise for about an hour.
Add some sesame seeds.
Now put it in the oven for about 30 minutes (180 degrees Celcius).
It might need a little longer, so keep an eye on it in case it gets brown.
Our bread is very nice with a relly nice crust.
Wait a little bit before cutting it in thin slices.
Cibotec flour (400 gr), 4-5 gr dry yeast, 8 gr salt and 300 gr bottled water.
